Property Management incorporates a number of tasks, including making sure the building is safe, carrying out repairs, and ensuring that the tenant understands the terms of the agreement so that they can adhere to it.

Emergency repairs are those classified as those where there is an immediate risk of harm to a tenant, staff or their visitors, a breakdown in an essential service such as electricity/gas, or where there is a risk of further damage to the property. Our emergency maintenance contractor will endeavour to attend within 4 hours.

For routine repairs, please send an email to tauqeer@prospecthousingtrust.co.uk, stating your property address, name, repair details and contact telephone number. You can also call in a repair.
